ouch. i think i exceeded.. well is it my fault if i reply on a paid discussion even if my intent is to share my thoughts and not just simply spamming?

13 post a day? Isnt it too low for each members? unless i means 13 post in each topic section. That will make more sense and of course, this forum active. I see that this forum doesnt get too much attention, maybe because of the posting rate per day.

You can make unlimited daily posts in the forum now.
the forum isn't a paid to post now so you can make as many quality posts as you wish.
